To Staff of Trellis Pointe:
(August, 2009) Just wanted to say thank you for everything you do for our community, living in Trellis Pointe. We feel very safe here. We have lived here since 2001. Love it. Thanks for a wonderful pool party you gave us. Had so much fun. Everyone is great at Trellis Pointe.

(10/7/2009) To the staff of Trellis Pte. and any prospective residents:
My wife and I had a great time at these apartments. Management was friendly and helpful. There was always someone in the office. Maintenance was quick to address any concerns. They focus on community events, i.e., volleyball games, garage sales, and potlucks at the pool. Most evenings, the staff bring their dogs down to the dog park to mingle with the other residents. We made many friends living here. It was a convenient location for us (my wife was in school at Campbell University and I was taking classes in Raleigh). We had to move away because my wife found a job in a different city, but we would both highly recommend these apartments. Thanks Tracy, Katrina, and Han! Also, the boys want to give a bark out to their friends Gracie, Rex, and Tinkerbell. We will miss living here!

(10/10/2009) I have lived here since 2005 and love it. This has been a wonderful community and with the current manager has became a wonderful place to live. I have a dog and she loves to go out each day many times, to see her "friends." This community is a safe and wonderful neighborhood to live in.

(10/22/2009)We appreciate the good job you folks do....the grounds are always so neat and the residents are also friendly and pleasant. Hopefully at some time in the future we can participate in one of the socials for the residents. Fortunately, we've only had to call for Han [maintenance] on a couple of occasions during our almost 6 years of residing there, and we have an appreciation for him also......he's so courteous and friendly when checking the safety alarms, AC filters, etc. [While we're traveling]... please know what a good feeling we have knowing that everything is always safe and sound.
